can i just say, Quinta's leadership is so powerful. look at how each person just beaming with joy and gratitude and love. all of the positive and generous energy radiates out of each of them and multiplies as it dances around the room. thank you, Quinta, for taking up space and filling it with beauty through how you lead your team. all of you are so SO needed.

I just adore how parallel this cast is two their characters… the mutual respect between Quinta and Sheryl, the admiration that Quinta has for Sheryl being the icon that she is but also Sheryl’s love for Quinta as her millennial boss is reflected in their characters.
